2024 Rash Festival: Tour Itinerary

November 15: Panam City Tour and Drive to Srimangal

On the first day of your group tour, we will start with a visit to the top tourist attractions in Dhaka, including Parliament House, Dhakeshwari Temple, Lalbagh Fort, Star Mosque, Armenian Church, and Pink Palace. After a delightful lunch, we will embark on a scenic 4-hour drive to Srimangal, reaching there in the evening.

Overnight: Srimangal

November 16: Sreemangal Rash Festival in Sreemangal / Srimangal

Get ready to immerse yourself in the vibrant Sreemangal Rash Festival. We will begin with an exciting wildlife trek through Lawacherra National Park, following a 3-hour trail that offers excellent opportunities to spot wildlife, particularly the Hollock gibbons that this forest is renowned for. Enjoy sightseeing aboard local Tuk Tuks, followed by a delicious lunch at the hotel.

In the afternoon, we will drive through the lush tea gardens and visit various indigenous villages. Experience the festivities and cultural performances of the Rash festival, preferably in the company of a Monipuri family. Explore the rural life of the villages, interact with locals, and savor the unique atmosphere. Late in the evening, we will return to the hotel.

Enjoy the Rash Festival and Overnight: Srimangal

November 17: Sylhet and Ratargul Tour

After breakfast, we will set off for Sylhet to explore the captivating life and culture of the region. Our first stop is Lalakhal, known for its mesmerizing crystal-clear blueish water and nearby stone-crushing factories. Enjoy the picturesque views and then proceed to the extraordinary Ratargul Swamp Forest, where we will navigate through its enchanting beauty on hand-driven boats. In the evening, we will return to our hotel in Sylhet.

Overnight: Sylhet

Note: In case the Rash festival is rescheduled to November 28, we will adjust the itinerary accordingly between November 16th and 18th, performing the Dhaka City tour on the 26th.

November 18: Drive Back to Dhaka, City Tour, and Airport Drop

On the final day of our tour, we will depart Sylhet at 8:00 AM and commence our 5-hour drive back to Dhaka. On our way, we will explore the first capital of Bengal, Sonargaon, where we will visit the Folk Art Museum and Sardarbari. Discover the architectural marvels of Panam City and the oldest single dome mosque, Goaldi Mosque.

Finally, depending on your flight schedule, we will ensure a smooth and memorable drop-off at the airport, concluding your unforgettable journey through the diverse wonders of Bangladesh.

Special Note for this Tour:

• The tour is available through-out the year.
• You can add HumHum Waterfall that requires minimum 04 hours of trekking up hill and we will adjust itinerary accordingly. But June-August, it is not recommended due to heavy rain fall.
• Eco-Cottage in Srimangal are Non-AC but surrounded by nature and food has to be pre-ordered.
