4 Days of Tour in Sylhet and Srimangal
Sylhet is the considered to be the holiest city among all the cities in Bangladesh. You will find two of the most popular ritual tombs of current time along with extra ordinary beautiful natural beauty in Sylhet. On the other hand Srimongal is famous for having the largest tea gardens in the world. Covered by the lush green carpet of tea plants, it is called “the land of two leaves and a bud”. Tourists can have a look at the terraced tea garden, and pineapple, rubber and lemon plantations.
Itinerary of Sylhet-Srimangal Tour:
Day 1: At night, the journey to the holy city Sylhet will be started by AC bus/Private Vehicle.
Day 2: After breakfast, we will start for Jaflong, where stony river and hills meet each other. In the way to Jaflong, tourists can enjoy the cloudy hills along with chilly waterfall from nearby hill. Also they can visit the zero point of Bangladesh and India at Tamabil border. At Jaflong, the orange gardens and hanging bridge are the other attractions.In the way back to sylhet, tourists can visit the holy Dargah of Hazrat Shah Paran (R).
At the evening they can go for shopping where products made by Monipuri tribal will be the main attractions. Also, tourist can visit Parjatan complex at the afternoon and in the way to Parjatan the Malnichara and Lakkatura tea estate will attract the tourists. Swadeshi may arrange transport for evening outing, if tourists want.
Day 3: At the Morning, tourist will start for a journey to Madhabkunda where they can enjoy the beauty of the largest waterfall of Bangladesh. Tourists can also enjoy the scenic beauty of the tea gardens of Baralekha and Madhabkunda.
At the evening, we will check in to an eco resort in Srimangal.
Day 4: In this day, tourists will travel around Sreemongal which is famous for its tea gardens and Lauachara forest. In the way to lauachara forest, they can enjoy the eye-catching scenery of green tea gardens. The pineapple and lemon gardens are other attraction in the way to Lauachara forest. If possible and time will permit us, we will go to Madhabpur lake. The Seven layered tea of Nil Kantha tea stall is a unique attraction of Sreemongal.
At night, we will start for Dhaka from Sylhet by Train or Non A/C Bus or Private Vehicle.
