Day 1: Arrival in Colombo
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB). Our representative will greet and transfer you to your Colombo hotel. Spend the afternoon exploring the city:
- Galle Face Green: A scenic oceanfront promenade famous for its sunset views and local street food.
- Colombo National Museum: Discover Sri Lanka’s rich history, ancient artefacts, and royal regalia.
- Pettah Market: Wander through the country’s busiest bazaar — a sensory explosion of spices, fabrics, and fresh produce.
Overnight in Colombo.
Day 2: Colombo to Kandy via Pinnawala
After breakfast, drive to Kandy — Sri Lanka’s cultural capital. En route:
- Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage: Watch the world’s largest captive elephant herd bathe and play in the river — a truly magical experience.
- Royal Botanical Garden, Peradeniya: A magnificent 147-acre garden with over 4,000 plant species, orchid houses, and the famous Cannonball Tree Avenue.
Arrive in Kandy. Visit the revered Temple of the Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), housing one of Buddhism’s most sacred relics. In the evening, enjoy a spectacular Kandyan Cultural Dance & Fire Show.

Day 3: Kandy Sightseeing & Tea Country Drive
After breakfast, explore more of Kandy and the surrounding highlands:
- Kandy Lake Walk: A peaceful stroll around the scenic lake in the heart of the city.
- Ceylon Tea Museum: Learn the fascinating story of Sri Lanka’s world-famous tea industry.
- Scenic Drive through Tea Estates: Wind through the misty mountains with stunning views of tiered tea plantations.
- Nuwara Eliya Brief Stop: Visit Gregory Lake and enjoy the charming colonial-era “Little England” atmosphere.
Overnight in Kandy / Nuwara Eliya.
Day 4: Return to Colombo & Drive to Bentota Beach
After breakfast, drive back toward the coast. Stop in Colombo for shopping, then continue to Bentota — Sri Lanka’s premier beach destination.
- Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery: A short stop at this conservation centre protecting Sri Lanka’s endangered sea turtles.
- Bentota Beach: One of Sri Lanka’s most beautiful beaches with golden sands, calm waters, and a relaxed tropical atmosphere. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or water sports.
- Madu Ganga River Safari: A scenic boat ride through mangroves, spotting birds, monitor lizards, and crocodiles.
Overnight in Bentota.
Day 5: Bentota to Colombo – Departure
After a relaxing breakfast, drive to Colombo for last-minute shopping before your flight.
- Colombo Shopping: Visit Odel, Majestic City, or the vibrant street markets for Ceylon gems, batik fabric, and tea as souvenirs.
Transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport. Safe travels — we hope to see you again!

Best Time to Visit Sri Lanka
November to April is the best time for Sri Lanka’s west and south coasts (Colombo, Bentota, Galle) — dry, sunny, and perfect for beaches.
The hill country (Kandy) is pleasant year-round, with January to April offering the clearest skies.
For travellers from Bangladesh, December to March is ideal — school holiday season with excellent weather across the entire island.
