Day 1: Arrival and Hotel Check-in

  • After your arrival, our representative will meet up at airport and will transfer you to Hotel. You will check-in and relax on the day. Our guide will accompany you and help you to roam you around.
  • Overnight Stay: Dhaka

Day 2: Dhaka and City Tour

  • After breakfast, you will explore the heritage, culture and history of Dhaka city on the very last day of the tour. Starting in the morning, you will be taken to all the top tourist attractions of Dhaka, covering Parliament house, Dhaka University area, Dhakweswari Temple, Lalbug Fort.
  • If you love food, you may experience Dhakaya Beriyany in the lunch and also will keep exploring the long list of Street Food along the way. After lunch, the guide will route you through tiny allays of old Dhaka to explore Star Mosque, Armenian Church and Pink Palace. In the evening, you will visit shadarghar area to check of the rush culture around river port of Bangladesh. In the late evening, we will get back to Dhaka.

Day 3: Reaching Srimangal and Life around Tea Gardens

  • Our representative will be at your hotel to greet you in the morning. From there, we will embark on our journey to Sreemangal, a charming town renowned for its tea gardens and vibrant tribal communities. The distance from Dhaka to Sreemangal spans approximately 200 kilometers, which we will cover in approximately 5 hours by train, bus, or a reserved AC car.
  • Upon reaching Sreemangal, you will check in to your chosen accommodation, be it a hotel, resort, or cozy cottage. Take some time to freshen up before we head out for lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, our exploration of Sreemangal begins.
  • Our first stop will be the Monipuri tribal community, where you’ll have the opportunity to witness traditional cloth weaving firsthand. Next, we’ll visit the tea workers’ community, also known as a tribal community. Take a leisurely stroll through the lush tea gardens, soaking in the serene atmosphere and perhaps even paying a visit to their temple. No visit to Sreemangal would be complete without trying the famous seven-layer tea, a specialty beverage first invented in this region.
  • Before concluding our day, we’ll explore a nearby rubber garden, where you can learn about the cultivation process and take a leisurely walk amidst the fragrant foliage. After a full day of exploration, we’ll retire to our accommodation for a restful night’s sleep, ready to continue our adventure in Sreemangal the following day.

Day 4: Exploring Wild Life in Lawachara Forest

  • After enjoying a hearty breakfast, our first destination is Lawachara National Park, a pristine tropical rainforest. Here, you’ll have the option to spend a few hours exploring at your leisure. Choose between a leisurely stroll along a small jungle trail, where you can observe the rich biodiversity and tranquility of the forest, or opt for an easier walk along an open path. Keep your eyes peeled, as you may spot some of the forest’s inhabitants during your excursion.
  • Next on our itinerary is a visit to a Khasia tribal village nestled within the forest that you will find end of your trail. This matriarchal community relies primarily on betel leaf cultivation for their livelihood. Take the opportunity to observe their unique lifestyle and immerse yourself in their cultural traditions.
  • Our journey continues with a visit to local fruit gardens, including a lemon garden, where you can sample some of the region’s fresh produce.
  • After a satisfying lunch in town, we will start our journey back to Sylhet. As the day draws to a close, we’ll make our way back to our accommodation for a restful overnight stay, ready to continue our exploration the next day.

Day 5: Fly to Chittagong and Chittagong City Tour

  • After breakfast we will fly to Chittagong at 8:20 AM and explore Chittagong, the second biggest city in Bangladesh and a lively port City. Very early in the morning, you will explore the hustle and bustle biggest fish market of the country. Nearby you will find wood worker making fishing boats that travels deep in the sea. After a bit dashing walk near to river bank, you will return to Hotel and get freshen-up.
  • You will explore the top tourist attractions in Chittagong, such as war cemetery of World War II, a kind on unusual ritual where people feed old turtles and prays, dry fish market (if you are interested).
  • Overnight Stay: Chittagong

Stop at: Fish Market, War Cemetery, Shrine of Baijid Bostami
Pass by: Wood Worker of Sea Boat, Dry Fish Market, British and Colonial Period Establishment.

Day 6: Ethnic life Style and Local Markets

  • After Breakfast we will drive to hill district of Rangamati. If it is Friday, afterwards we will ride to boat to reach Shuvolong Waterfall (depending on given permission by the authority) and if permission allows you will explore vibrant local market of the area. There are two weekly market on Sunday and Wednesday in Rangamati where you will explore the life, culture and habit of the local ethnic community.
  • Apart from the weekly bazar (domestic local market), you will explore the local families, experience their manual cloth weaving, way of life and food habit. Afterwards, you will visit Hanging Bridge, Tuk Tak village, famous Rajbon Bihara and also enjoy boating around the beautiful Kaptai Lake.
  • Overnight Stay: Rangamati

Special Note for Chittagong Hill Tracks (CHT – Rangamati – Bandarban – Khagrachori):

  • Chittagong Hill district is the most remote part of Bangladesh. In the past, there was some conflict between Rangamati and Bandarban hill district. After the peace accord situation is safe to travel for foreigners. To ensure the safety and comfort of government orders before visit CHT (Chittagong Hill tract district), you have to go to apply for a special permit through a travel agency and the permission depends on different Govt. Agency and given just 01/02 days earlier of travel.
  • It needs minimal 7 working days with a valid visa & passport copy with an application attached to the travel itinerary.
  • If the permission is not granted by the Govt., we will cover-up the days with alternative itinerary, such as extending days in Cox’s Bazar, Exploring Moheskhali Island, Visiting Tecnaf and Shah Pori Island etc.

 

Day 7: Beautiful Bandarban and Indigenous Tribal Life

  • After breakfast, we will drive you to Bandarban, the city grew on the river Sangu and surrounded by lash green hill tracks. It is the place of many indigenous group of Bangladesh, living in a harmony. Bandarban is also a local tourist destination for it beautiful nature. The drive from Rangamato to Bandarban itself a mesmerizing experience where you will find lake in one side with green last hills on other side. Time to time ethnic community villages will be crossed along with local lifestyle. The drive from Rangamati to Bandarban itself is a hightlight.
  • Reaching there you will explore most attractive natural parts around city such as Nilachol and Shoilopropat. On the way, you will explore tribal markets, explore houses where the women are managing the household and also living livelihood my making handmade craft to sale to local tourists. The day will be filled with exploring nature and human diversity.
  • We hope to drive towards Cox’s Bazar this day afternoon. You will check-in to Hotel and have a relaxed day afterwards.

Day 8: Beach life at Cox’s Bazar

  • After lazy morning in Cox’s Bazar beach, you will explore around the longest beach in the world. You will explore the life around the beach, himchori point of Cox’s Bazar. Along the road you will find the fisherman returning to shore and ride on their moon boat to take some shapes. Near town, you can step in to old temple and also the Laboni market point area where most of the local tourist resides. You will come across experience the life of local people, their culture and nature of most popular local tourist destination of Bangladesh.
  • In the Evening we will drive to airport to fly back Dhaka.

Day 9: Explore Old Capital of Bengal Panam City and Sonargaon

  • Our representative will meetup at the hotel and will start your tour for the day. You will be driven to Sonagaon (a 1.5 hr drive) to explore the first capital area of Bengal. You will meet the rich and true heritage of Bengal by stepping into renovated buildings like Sardarbari along with surrounded folk museum, touch terracotta decorations and wood carving collections in the architecture of old community building of rich merchandise businessman, Goaldi mosque is the oldest single dome mosque built 16 AD.
  • Depending on your flight schedule, we will drop you to airport.
